Try closing the app fully and reopening it. If the problem persists, restart your device. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version from the App Store.
Go to iOS Settings › [App Name] and make sure all relevant permissions (Camera, Microphone, Photo Library) are set to "Allow." Then restart the app.
Delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store. If the problem continues, please email us with your device model and iOS version.
Make sure you have enough storage on your device. Try the export again. If the issue continues, email us with details about the file and what went wrong.
