1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by Veli Göç / Autocut AI on the Apple App Store, regardless of their individual names. By using any of our apps, you agree to the practices described in this document.
2. Information We Collect
Our apps may collect the following types of data:
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, system language, device identifier — used solely for crash reporting and analytics.
- Usage Data: Crash logs, app performance data, and in-app interaction data — used to improve app quality.
- User-Provided Data: Only if you voluntarily contact us (e.g., support email).
Some apps store the following data locally on your device only: user preferences, cached data, app settings.
Important: We do not collect advertising identifiers, sell personal data, or share data with third-party advertising networks. All personal data is stored locally on your device or transmitted only to Firebase for analytics and crash reporting purposes.
3. Sensitive Permissions
Some apps may request access to:
- Camera / Photo Library: Used for relevant in-app features (e.g., video editing). Media never leaves your device unless you personally export it.
- Microphone: Only when required by a specific in-app feature (e.g., audio recording, speech recognition).
- Notifications: To send relevant app alerts. Disable anytime in iOS Settings.
All sensitive permissions are used locally and data is never uploaded to our servers.

- To operate and improve app functionality.
- To analyze usage trends and improve performance via Firebase Analytics.
- To diagnose crashes and errors via Firebase Crashlytics.
- To communicate with users who reach out for support.
- To provide a personalized experience through local preferences.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services that may process limited data:
- Google Firebase Analytics – Collects anonymized usage data to help us understand how the app is used. (Privacy Policy)
- Google Firebase Crashlytics – Collects crash reports and device information to help us fix errors. (Privacy Policy)
We do not use any advertising SDKs, subscription management SDKs, or data broker services. These services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them.
6. Data Storage & Security
We do not store personal data on our own servers. All personal data is stored locally on your device (UserDefaults, Core Data) or processed by Firebase under Google's security infrastructure.
Security measures include:
- Secure local storage using iOS frameworks.
- HTTPS/TLS for all API communications.
- Regular security updates and compliance with Apple's guidelines.
7. No Advertising or Tracking
Our apps do not display advertisements. We do not use App Tracking Transparency (ATT) because we do not track users across apps or websites, do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA), and do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers.
8. Children's Privacy
Our applications are designed for users aged 4 and above (age may vary per app). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. We comply with COPPA and Apple's children's app guidelines.
9. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: Request information about voluntarily provided data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of data associated with your usage.
- Opt-Out: Disable analytics via iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.

- Firebase (Google) for analytics and crash reporting as described above.
11. Data Retention
- Local Data: Until you delete the app or clear its data.
- Analytics & Crash Data: Per Google Firebase retention policies (typically 2–14 months).
- Support Emails: Retained only as long as needed to resolve your issue.
